The Lineberger Club

Community Leaders in the fight against cancer at UNC Lineberger Comprehensive Cancer Center

One out of three Americans is at risk of developing cancer. With more than one million new cases nationwide every year, cancer touches each of our lives in some way. Many people ask what they can do to help in the fight against cancer.

Consider joining The Lineberger Club, a voluntary service group of the UNC Lineberger Comprehensive Cancer Center at the University of North Carolina. Members are part of an extraordinary network of volunteers interested in supporting cancer research, treatment and prevention programs at UNC Lineberger by contributing $1,000 or more each year.

Benefits of membership include invitations to exclusive educational events such as the Lineberger Club Lunch and networking with a remarkable group of individuals from around the state and beyond. We send special news updates about exciting research and offer opportunities for advocacy on behalf of the Center. Members are recognized in Cancer Center publications.
